Already great-grandfather Wallner recognized in the early years 1900 that one can score by guest service. He placed himself already early into the service of the guests as recognized mountainguide.

History shows, as in all the years a comfort improvement of the others followed around expectations of the guests to correspond

The guests came, felt comfortable, since one saw constant like the "Unterkraemerhof" was improved. To millenium by the very important extension and the installation of the elevator a very substantial foundation-stone for further comfort improvement was put so that the well-being of the guest again increased.

Rosi and Ernst followed the wishes of their customers and built 2008 a Spa-Area with panoramic view. This feature enhance the comfort at the UNTERKRÄMERHOF!!
